To all PTA members of Area 15,
Let this serve as official notice that the following members have been slated by the Area 15 Nominating Committee to serve as officers for the 2008-09 year:
President: Joy Weinstein
Vice President: Karen Schultz
Secretary: Pam Seegar
Area Field Service Rep. A: Virginia Browne
Area Field Service Rep. B: Kiki Osterman
Treasurer: Denise Mays
No “Intent to Run” from the floor was received by the deadline.
Elections will be held Saturday, April 26, 2008 at Wylie High School, 2550 W. FM 544, Wylie, TX.

According to Texas PTA: Stand Rule XI, Area PTAs, Section D, #3.c.Nominees from the floor shall have given notice of their intent to run by at least forty-five (45) days prior to the election meeting. Notification shall be given in writing to Area PTA President and the Texas PTA President.
Any qualified candidate wanting to run from the floor must notify Area 15 President Trish McMinn1306 Lighthouse Lane, Allen, Tx 75013 and TXPTA President Jan Wilkerson, 810 S. Meadows, Diboli, 75941, in writing, by March 15, 2008.
